O.S.T.F.
Original Sovereign Tribal Federation
To Our Fellow Esteemed Law Men and Women, Elders, and others of sufficient rank,
As a result of recent negotiations between a number of Our Tribes there has been established a Treaty between these Tribes in respect of a recognition by each others’ rights of Trade, Travel, Title to Lands, Sovereignty and Borders.
The notion behind Our Treaty-ing with each other has been the necessity to take a concerted and appropriate role in the administration of Our lands, Tribes, natural resources and other assets, which, for too long now, have been administered without Our consent nor acquiescence by representatives of the Monarch and parliament of the United Kingdom, the COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA and the various States and Territories thereof (the Collective Crown).
Our best interests have been not only ignored by the Collective Crown, but have been actively dismissed, dismantled, destroyed or otherwise damaged by an overt series of racist and genocidal acts since the arrival of the British under Lt Cook in 1770. The representatives of the UK have, whilst upon Our Sovereign lands, behaved, and continue to behave as disrespectful and badly behaving guests.
On the 22nd and 23rd of May 2010 CE there was a ceremony held at Dawn at Prince Alfred Park, at Burramattagl (Parramatta), followed by a Ceremonial fire and feast on Bu-undi (Bondi) beach.
The ceremony at Burramattagl, is the reconvening of the Tribal Council (Parliament) of the Darugule Tribe upon its’ traditional assembly grounds.
On Saturday, 10 April 2010 CE, ceremony was conducted at Sanden Point, on Tharawal Lands. This ceremony served the purpose of reconvening the Tharawal Tribal Council (Parliament), as well as welcoming the Paramount Chief and other Elders of sufficient rank of Aotearoa who offered to Treaty in respect of Trade, Travel, Title to lands, Sovereignty and Borders with the Tharawal and any other Tribe who chooses to Treaty into Our Circle. This offer from Our Maori Friends was accepted, and the ceremony was then moved along the Songline from Sanden Point to Wreck Bay in the Yuen Tribal Lands, stopping several times to sing and dance in order to re-open the Songline – reawakening Our Law through the land.
Upon Arrival at Wreck Bay those participating in song and ceremony were welcomed to Yuen Tribal lands by the Senior representatives of the Yuen Tribe, and, after appropriate talks, the Yuen Tribal Council then reconvened their Tribal Council (Parliament) and Treatied along with those other Original Tribes represented, into the Treaty agreement with the Maori.
Given the Maori have equity status with Queen Elizabeth II, Our treaty-ing with them in recognition of Our joint status further establishes, yet again, Our lawful and Sovereign standing as being on at least equal legal footing to Queen Elizabeth, however, giving Us pre-eminence over all others in Our lands.
All relevant and appropriate Elders, representing their Tribes or Moieties, are therefore, most respectfully and honourably invited to attend Lectures on Original Peoples Sovereignty and how to apply our Sovereignty in our live to attain Lawful Freedom from the System, we will talk about practical use of our Sovereignty when dealing with:-
1. The courts
2. The police
3. The tax office
4. Welfare and human services
5. Local councils
6. The government and its departments
7. Getting and keeping our people OUT OF JAIL
You are invited to sit in the Circle of Law Men and Women, Elders and others of sufficient rank to be assembled at Tandanya, Adelaide for the purpose of the reconvening of Our National Tribal Council (Parliament) for the further purposes of establishing appropriate dialogue and interface with the colonialist representatives currently governing their minions within Our Territories.
As representatives of both Our National and various Tribal men, women and children we have an obligation to also demand accountability from those amongst us who deceive and defraud their communities by claiming and taking a representative position they have no right to assume in respect of various matters including, but not limited to Native Title, Land Councils, etc..
The time has come for Us to reinvigorate Our selves and Our status as the True and ONLY Sovereigns on this island continent.
